The new seat arrived. And immediately prompted the purchase of more chrome. Why of course I need the mid-frame covers. And why not order those new engine guards that I’ve been wanting for some time? Oh, and don’t forget the chrome bolt covers.
I love the sleek new look the seat gives my bike, but I ended up putting the sissy bar, luggage rack and bag back on to have some storage for my daily commute. I’m a lot closer to the handlebars with the new seat, so now I might want to try forward controls. My mechanic thinks that I would love 13″ ape hanger bars for riding comfort…
Once you start, does it end?

It did for me…never was one for change…make it comfy, make it yours…but why keep chrome companies in business over small stuff that don’t matter?
But then, I don’t wear make-up unless forced to…I don’t wear stilletos…at all…and I still like my men bald and rugged…what can I say? LOL
I love the seat…it looks like a dream to sit on…may you have many happy and safe miles with Mr. Cobin’s creation under your buns!
ooooh ahhhhh i love it!!!
personally for me, the addiction to accessories never ends, but i had decided recently to stop making so many blooming changes and just enjoy for awhile. but thats me…and just for the moment… lol…
When I first got my bike I told everyone, “I’m not changing anything, I bought this bike because I like it the way it is!”
Well…I’ve made some changes, some for function, but some just for fun, and I have more in mind!
Love the new seat!
I’d rather buy 3 new jackets, a couple of helmets and some new boots than accessories. At least when you trade or sell the old ride for a new one you get to keep the goods. Please don’t get those really high apes, I hope you’re just talking mini apes at a safe height. I know, I’m too practical and safe. Be safe Kathy and welcome to the biker blogosphere.
Loving the look of the new Corbin. I bet it is even more comfortable that it looks.
Enjoy!
